Retirement Farewell for Long-Standing Hectronic Employees
Every successful company needs the motivation and commitment of employees who promote both the interests of the enterprise and the customer requirements and desires. At Hectronic, the cohesion as a team and company family is of particular importance. Thus, it is even harder when employees are leaving the company. In recent weeks and with mixed feelings, Hectronic has given a retirement farewell for no less than three long-standing employees. We are sad, because a farewell after so many successful years of cooperation is always hard, but also happy, because the three long-standing employees Kleta Brugger, Grazyna Mikietyn and Ernst Waldvogel are about to enter a new stage of life they will certainly enjoy.
Apart from a short interruption Kleta Brugger was employed since 2000, most recently as an area sales manager in the Parking division. As a sales expert with comprehensive language skills she was responsible for countries and areas such as France, Belgium, Eastern Europe and Asia. In Eastern Europe and Asia, she developed new markets and canvassed for new partners and customers. She attached great value to smooth and efficient sales processes. No matter if in project management, supporting the organization of trade fairs, accompanying marketing activities or monitoring competitors she was always close to customers and their needs. Kleta Brugger always committed herself to Hectronic with great passion. Grazyna Mikietyn was employed for many years in the purchasing department at Hectronic’s headquarters in Bonndorf. While working in her job, the industrial clerk trained as an economist and supported the company with her expertise for almost ten years. With her negotiating skills she was a tough but fair negotiating partner. Always committed, reliable and good-humored, Ernst Waldvogel worked for Hectronic as a tool maker for almost 50 years. In doing so, Ernst Waldvogel accompanied and contributed to the company history and development from the early years until today. The trained tool maker was assigned a wide range of tasks in tool making. With many suggestions for improvement he placed great emphasis on the optimization of work processes. As a conductor and player in the Hectronic music orchestra he promoted the team spirit and social gathering among his colleagues.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the farewell celebrations of the loyal employees were held separately, on a small scale and keeping the required distance. The management, representatives of the works council and the responsible department heads gave presents in the name of their company and colleagues. Hectronic cordially thanks for the commitment and many years of loyalty, wishing the new retirees all the best and a happy, fulfilling and above all healthy future.
