Review: UNITI expo Stuttgart 2018
The recent “UNITI expo 2018” that took place from 15th to 17th May 2018 in Stuttgart, was an extremely successful fair for us. The European leading fair of the filling station and carwash industry showcased with around 460 well-known exhibitors and more than 17,000 visitors from all over the world a comprehensive product and solution portfolio, true to the motto “From the industry – for the industry”. Even for us, the trade fair was an excellent platform to present tailor-made solutions around the filling station and tank level management.
Our “XXL smart phones”, on which digital solutions for the petrol station 4.0 were presented, were an absolute highlight. The HecFuel App, a mobile solution that permits fast and flexible online authorisation of the fuelling process, was very well received. The refuelling process is accelerated, the waiting times at the filling stations are reduced and the throughput is increased. In addition, the filling station operator benefits from a custom look & feel of the app as well as individual functional extensions. This solution was also the focus of our presentation at the UNITI expo on the topic of “Visions of digital fuelling and proven mobile solutions”. The attentive audience showed a lot of interest and plenty of promising discussions were held after the talk. This was an excellent appearance for us.
Apart from the digital solutions, we could also present the new generation of fuel terminals. This applies both to the public filling station and to the fleet filling station. Thanks to an optimised “customer experience”, these new developments from the terminal sector offer more comfort for operators and customers.
All in all, we had the opportunity to hold numerous and interesting talks. Apart from existing customers and partners, we could also make many new contacts. There was a lively exchange in a relaxed atmosphere, which will be intensified in the coming weeks.
